1. If the size is large, we usually require customers or dealers to send someone to learn for a week, including screen operation, maintenance. Company training and accommodation are free of charge.
2. If the size of outdoor full color led screen is more than 20 square meters , it must have all accessories.
3. Response within 2 hours, non-artificial, general fault is solved within 24 hours, acceptable failure will be solved within 48 hours.
